This is a kid of simple needs....we got a giant box from Amazon the other day and he insisted on claiming it for himself. Since then he has wanted to sleep in it every night. I have sort of used it as a form of reward - if you have a good day of school, then you get to sleep in the box.
I am slowly realizing how this could come across as something totally different if he is telling his friends and teachers at school - "My mom let me sleep in the box last night!"
Hmm.....well, no one from social services has knocked on my door yet, so until they do, I guess the kid can keep his box!
