Josh’s 40th

Yesterday was the first day the kids got to be home for summer break. We had breakfast and hugged daddy when he went off to work. Then we jumped in the car and headed to Ames to surprise him. Stopped to get balloons then delivered his cookies (that my amazing neighbor Jen makes) and his custom art piece I commissioned from another friend Linda. She did such an amazing job capturing all the unique things about josh from our travels to seattle to hobbies and passions. It’s truly beautiful!

He was very surprised and the cookies were huge hit!!

We also fiiinnnaaallllyyy told him about his surprise trip to banff in a few weeks, cannot wait !
