Disney Vacation Part 4

I dare say the day the kids got along the best was our day at legoland. We think it was because they got to lead the way, there was no agenda - just whatever they wanted to do. It was also great because there was NO ONE there! No wait on almost any ride, really had the park to ourselves!

The lego decor was quite impressive - just huge fun sculptures and picture ops.

They got to joust on lego horses, ride a lego horse carousel, ride a cool dragon lego roller coaster - really was well thought out and totally age appropriate!

I was most impressed with the intricate models! There was the capital,  Vegas, pirate ships, new york, star wars, and so many other miniatures that were just amazing!

Zachey and I went on a little stroll with what used to be cypress gardens. My mom LOVED this place when we came to florida as a kid. They pretty much built legoland right on top of what used to be the gardens, preserving quite a bit of the really beautiful foliage!

We went to a water-skiing show which was pretty cute. Not sure how they water-ski in lego suits!

After the show we met up with Megan, James, Isabelle and Hyrum! Since they live in Florida they came over to have some fun at legoland for Isa's birthday. Was cute to see the kids enjoy each other! Wish they lived closer so we could do it more often! The kids are so close in age, its great!

While Kenna attended driving school, getting her very own Lego License, Zachey and I did some other rides and checked out this scale model car built entirely of legos!

Some other funny photos of the day

After a long hot day, we headed home. The most coveted treat were slurpees. We had some quite often while down there :)
